How it Works

Every week we email you a series of fitness videos specially recorded by our
in-house fitness specialist.

Each video contains a set of fitness activities for you to follow. These can be
followed wherever you happen to be from office to park, kitchen to train.

Week 1
Video No.1

In your weekly set of fitness videos you will receive a link to a 5, 10 or 15-minute fitness video designed to start you on a path to fitness.

Follow our instructor at home or in the office as he shows you what to do.

Video No.2

A 5, 10 or 15-minute fitness video designed to build on the previous activity and tackle another muscle group.

Follow our instructor at home or in the office as he or she shows you what to do.

Video No.3

This video builds on the content from the previous two videos and adds it into a final activity to end the week.
